• Registered guests only can stay at the campsite.
• It is strictly prohibited damaging any part of the campsite property as well as taking out or removing camp gravel.
• Car entrance is possible from 07:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. with the possession of ramp card. Any card damage or loss will be charged.
• It is not allowed to park cars outside camping pitches.
• Setting up a tent is permitted from 07:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Setting fire in the open space is strictly prohibited by law.
• Please do not make any noise that could disturb other guests, including the use of radio, television, musical instruments or similar; quiet period in the camp is from 11:00 p.m. to 07:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Non-compliance to this rule may result in denial of further stay in the camp.
• Maximum speed limit for vehicles in the camp is 10 km/h. Pedestrians have priority over vehicles.
• Guests are required to take care of the cleanliness of the space they use. Collect garbage in plastic bags and put them in a container located at the entrance of the camp. Leave toilette and shower areas as you would like to find them.
• When departing, please leave the camp no later than 12 p.m.
• Dog owners are required to register their pets at the reception desk showing the vaccination card. Dog owners are required to keep dogs on a leash or/and tied within the pitch. Owners are required to clean up after their pets. Non-compliance to this rule may result in fines and/or denial of further stay in the camp.
• If you find any lost items, please bring them to the reception.
• Visits are allowed, visitors are required to leave a valid form of identification document at the entrance; documents will be returned on the way out.
• For connection or disconnection of electricity, contact the reception desk. Safety control of electrical installations is made by a responsible campsite worker. Faulty electrical installations will be excluded from the campsite power network.
• You can deposit jewellery, money and other valuables at the reception desk safe case for minimal fee.
• We are not responsible for missing valuables and stolen items from your tent or trailer.
• Calculation and payment of services can be done on the day of departure or one day before departure by 8:00 PM.
• The Complaints Book is at the campsite reception desk.
• Non-compliance to the abovementioned House rules may result in denial of further stay in the camp.
• Use of swimming pool is at your own risk and responsibility.
